In modern poultry farming, the use of different color (color temperature) light sources for illumination is receiving increasing attention.

What is light color?
Light color refers to the color of light and is also expressed as color temperature, with K (kevin) as the unit of measurement. The light colors commonly encountered in daily life range from 2700K to 6500K.
The higher the color temperature (for example, 6000K), the more blue light is contained in the light spectrum.

When the color temperature is lower (such as 2700K), the spectrum contains more red light.

Different types of poultry require different light colors for illumination.
By providing light of the appropriate color for poultry needs, it is possible to further enhance the welfare, health and production efficiency of poultry.
